Contact support
Email security@tryroy.ai for help with account access, connected apps, data, privacy, or security. Include a safe description and a phone number or email address already associated with the business.
Square connection help
- Open Connections in Roy and choose Square, then sign in to Square and approve reading your business information, customers, invoices, and payments.
- Confirm the business name before Roy starts reading. If it is the wrong business, start over and choose the right Square account.
- If access has ended, reconnect Square from Connections. If Roy offers “Try again,” use it to repeat a failed check.
- Disconnect from Connections to stop new reading and remove Roy’s access.
- Roy does not yet identify overdue Square invoices or provide Square estimates. Check those directly in Square.
Jobber connection help
- Roy reads clients, quotes, jobs, invoices, and payments from Jobber. Roy does not make changes in Jobber.
- Only a verified Roy Business Owner should connect Jobber.
- If information looks out of date, tell us what kind of information it was, about when you noticed it, and any message Roy showed. Do not email business records.
- If the connection ended, open your secure Roy dashboard and reconnect Jobber from there.
QuickBooks connection help
- Only a verified Roy Business Owner should connect or disconnect QuickBooks Online.
- Confirm the QuickBooks company name and address shown by Roy before activating the connection.
- If information looks out of date, tell us the app name, the kind of information, about when you noticed it, and any message Roy showed. Do not email financial records.
- Disconnecting immediately stops Roy from reading QuickBooks. A verified owner must approve any new connection.
- A verified owner can approve one exact Customer change. If Roy cannot confirm that it worked, check QuickBooks before asking again.
QuickBooks Desktop connection help
Use the QuickBooks Desktop setup guide on the Windows computer where you use QuickBooks. It covers company approval, your Roy setup code, the first update, and recovery after restarting your computer. Desktop is available for testing with a test company while live connection and owner-led setup are verified.
Google Workspace connection help
- One connection approved by an owner covers Gmail and Google Calendar.
- A verified owner can approve one exact email or Calendar change. That approval cannot be reused for anything else.
- If Roy cannot confirm that a change worked, check Gmail Sent or Google Calendar before asking Roy to try again.
- Disconnecting stops new reading and changes and removes Roy’s permission from Google.
Airtable connection help
- Only a verified Roy Business Owner should connect or disconnect Airtable.
- Choose one workspace during setup, review what Roy found, and confirm only the business information Roy should use. Airtable must show you as a Creator for Roy to keep that workspace up to date.
- A verified owner can approve one exact change to a chosen client, quote, job, invoice, or payment. Roy will not use columns or workspaces that the owner did not choose.
- If Roy cannot confirm that a change worked, check Airtable before asking again. Roy will not repeat the change automatically.
- If a chosen column is deleted, recreated, changed, or contains a new status Roy does not understand, Roy stops using the affected information until an owner reviews the setup again.
- Disconnecting stops Roy from using Airtable and removes Roy’s saved access. To remove Roy from Airtable too, open Airtable’s account Integrations settings and remove it there.
Security incidents
If you suspect access by the wrong person, an exposed password or sign-in link, or information from another business, use the subject “URGENT SECURITY.” Tell us the time and affected business without including passwords or customer financial information. Roy will investigate, limit the issue, and provide any required notices.
